What should I review about returns or refunds before purchasing?
Read the policy that applies to the actual product and seller. Avoid assuming that an estimated processing time is an unconditional promise.
How can I ask about an order if I cannot access my account?
Do not assume a newly created account will contain earlier purchases. Keep any recovery case reference separate from the order identifier.
How can I update feedback after a purchase issue is resolved?
Do not imply every buyer will receive the same result. Let the final feedback reflect the experience as it now stands.
