Read the policy that applies to the actual product and seller. Avoid assuming that an estimated processing time is an unconditional promise.
How can I ask about an order if I cannot access my account?

How can I update feedback after a purchase issue is resolved?
Do not imply every buyer will receive the same result. Let the final feedback reflect the experience as it now stands.
